Weeks 1 & 2: Meeting The Inner Athlete

Module 1: The first step in creating your Inner Athlete relationship is discovering the difference between “restrictive thinking,” that’s based on your behavior being either “good/bad,” or “right/wrong,” and “Inner Athlete thinking, that’s physical, personal and connected to the experience of your unique human spirit.

Get to know yourself. Create a unique to you schedule that allows you to eat mindfully, move mindfully, and fully take care of yourself so you can manage stress and take action on new health habits.

Result: You, crystal clear about the limiting beliefs and mindsets that are causing you to feel frustrated and stuck. This awareness will keep you from returning to old patterns of trying to get healthy and fit that no longer work for you, or keep you running up against your injury or health challenge.

Weeks 3 & 4: Defining The Inner Athlete

Module 2: This week is dedicated to clarifying the role The Inner Athlete plays in your life, and the vision and specific goals of your Inner Athlete.

Begin creating your new story and identity from a place of nourishment, trust and love. You are working towards listening to your body and caring for yourself on a deeper level. Taking the time to master your mind, train your body and nourish your spirit to meets your goals. These are all things that your Inner Athlete wants you to consider when creating your road-map to success.

Weeks 5 & 6: Identifying Your Inner Athlete

Module 3: This week is dedicated to identifying how your Inner Athlete feels in your body, and the ways to best connect with him/her. So that you can move from frustration and stress, into a body that has you experiencing more energy, strength and aliveness. Back to eating and training for all life’s brand new adventures!

Here you’ll pay attention to how your body is communicating with you. You’ll learn how to respond to your body in times of high stress and low energy, and how to respond when morale and performance is high. So no matter what, you’re always keeping your training and nutrition in mind.

Weeks 7 & 8: Listening To Your Inner Athlete

Module 4: This week is focused on the world and ideas of your Inner Athlete. Giving you a better idea about how and when your Inner Athlete communicates with you. Begin feeling confident in trusting how your Inner Athlete personality relates to your daily mood and the experience you want to create.

Here you’ll receive specific fitness & nutrition guidelines to support your ability level and goals. How many days you need to be active, at what level of intensity, and the type of training you need to implement with the best eating plan to go along with it.

Result: You, with a solid outline about how to implement a new routine of health habits that also take into account your life priorities at this stage in the game.
